4th ENGLISH SONG FESTIVAL

On Friday 5th November happened the fourth English Song Festival at Antilhue School. It was a great party of English and rock. Sixteen bands participated and a lot of people attended to enjoy the show. Songs from different music styles were performed, from a bit of metal to pop ballads. The jury had a really hard work to do.
The aim of this activity is to practice and show what we have learnt during the year and enjoy one of the most great contributions from English-spoken world to popular culture, the rock'n'roll.

The winners this year were a band from Teilhard de Chardin School, who got 3rd Prize. The 2nd Place was for the song "Back to Black", played by a band from Antilhue School, and a cover of "Last Kiss", performed by a band also from Antilhue School,
won the 1st Prize. It was indeed a terrific party!
